Apparently, after giving me a list of off-campus anxiety specialists, the woman I talked to in the Counseling Centre took me out of their system. I'm pretty sure that I mentioned to her that, while I appreciated the list, I was going to see if I could get by on my own with occasional visits to the Counseling Centre when I was stressed. Because seriously, like I have time/energy right now to deal with contacting and finding buses to off-campus therapy? Pretty much the only time I'm not doing reading is after 10PM, and that's because my brain says "nope, can't concentrate on this anymore, go surf the net".

Ugh. Screw it, if I'm stressed, I'm going to the student-run "Speak-Easy". I don't have time for this nonsense.
